If you need to cancel a workshop booking

If you need to cancel a booking for a workshop please appreciate I need at least two weeks prior notice to try & fill your space.

Sometimes illness can occur at short notice & on these occasions I can offer you another workshop date to attend in the future but a 25% re-booking fee will have to be charged.

If you need to swap a workshop booking

If you need to swap a booked workshop date please contact me ASAP to talk about re-arrangement, swapping a date can only be done 2 months prior to your original date delivery & incurs a 10% re-booking fee.

Online ordering

All items in stock shall be dispatched within 2 business days of initial order.

All glass items for sale from this site are made using stained glass. As some items are handmade to order your pieces will be similar to the ones pictured but glass variation, texture & colour may differ slightly.

Items are dispatched using first class Royal Mail & a confirmation email sent once dispatched.


I hope you will be completely happy with your purchase but in the event that you wish to return your item, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items should be unused  & sent back securely packaged in original packaging & sent back via Royal Mail.

Once in receipt of the item I will issue you a full refund including the original P&P fee.

I am unable to refund a personalised item as these would be difficult to sell on to another customer.


Because glass, lead & copper foil are the materials used in the Glass Studio these items are not suitable to be handled by children  & should only be used as out-of-reach decorations.

They are glass ornaments & should be handled with care.
